Looking back to project "Connected ba Hands and Hearts"

The exhibition Connected by Hands and Hearts was created in collaboration with Sýpka Lemberk and the Kuzebauch gallery and is part of the Glass Symposium. Here you will find works created during the two-day creative process in selected smelters, as well as examples of typical works of individual participants. The artists from six countries were selected by the curator of the symposium, Petr Nový, in cooperation with foreign colleagues. He is also the author of the concept of the exhibition, which presents not only works from the two-day creative process in selected smelters, but also examples of typical works of individual participants. We chose metallurgical blown and glass decorated directly at the glass furnace as a theme, as this is a popular and widespread technique in all six countries. Technology that really connects us.

The patronage of the event was taken over by UNESCO's international headquarters in Paris. The entire project was supported by the National Recovery Plan, Mobility III program.

The exhibition, which is also an official part of the XV. of the International Glass Symposium IGS, it will be possible to visit until October 6 in Sýpce Lemberk.
