Handmade of HANDMADE GLASS in the prestigious UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity! If successful, we will find out on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.

On November 6, the joint nomination of France, Spain, Germany, Hungary, Finland and the Czech Republic was recommended for inscription on UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The actual approval is now in the hands of the international committee, which will meet on December 6 in Botswana, Africa.

You will be able to watch the live broadcast of the ratification meeting directly from Botswana on your computers. Or directly at our museum! According to the published meeting agenda, the discussion of the nomination of Handmade glass production to the representative list of UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity is included in the afternoon block on Wednesday, December 6.

This block is planned from 13.30 to 16.30 our time, our nomination is in the first part (so far in the 5th order). However, everything can change on the spot, we will publish a more accurate estimate on Tuesday, December 5. in the evening, after the end of the business day.
